A message from our founder, CTO and Heart Connection officer, Raluca Mihu.
At the moment when I founded Synchromind, I had almost 20 years of experience in the IT environment. I was very aware of how unhealthy our field is. From last minute priority changes in the name of Agile to lack of RACI matrixes, night deployments, blame games, entitlement and many more, I realised that most of us, we lack a healthy work-life balance. And it was because we lacked the knowledge, the frameworks, the case studies. Something had to change!
So I embarked a journey of self-discovery and collective growth. Together we propose new ways of working, new tools to use while in the office, We guarantee that all that we bring in consciousness we have already tried it on ourselves and to some degree it worked for us. I believe there is always the right tool, for the right person and the right time.
After 5 years we have a much clear direction, or better yet, directions.
1. We are designing privacy and security games to be given by companies as corporate presents. We believe they represent the gift of appreciation, playfulness, of knowledge and overall empowerment.
2. We are giving tools for well-being in the workplace. We are challenging ourselves and our following to various activities, as holistic as possible.
3. We use humour to raise awareness of important topics of these challenging times and yet full of opportunities for change.
This new website is meant to show you the essence of who we are? How we can help each other? How we can connect on a deeper level our hearts to our minds? But also how to connect to each other on a heart to heart level, to build healthy relationships in the business environment as well. Why not give it a try?
